Then: Family pizza night was a big night. With five kids and two parents, pizza was cooked and then split into small rectangular slices. The bigger appetites got three pieces of pizza. The smaller appetites got two slices each.
Now: Our Red Baron pizza (4 Cheese flavor) is cooked and divided into eight rectangular slices. Des gets three slices cut into small squares. Scarlet picks the cheesiest slice she can find and then the second cheesiest slice she can find!

Then: We had to compete with dance classes, sports schedules, my mom’s art school business, and my dad’s career.
Now: We have to compete with the TV, the iPhone, the iPad, the laptop, and more. Technology meets family pizza night!

Then: My sisters and I had perms and curled bangs! My brothers had spiked hair. (remember that??) We talked about the TGIF programming schedule and played or traded baseball cards, Garbage Pail Kids and charm bracelets and necklaces.
Now: My kids talk about Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, and PJ Masks. They play with Beanie Boos and Shopkins.

Then: Pizza brought everyone together, on holidays and regular (weekend) nights too.
Now: Same.

Red Baron pizzas start with the perfect crust. It has a satisfying texture and bakes to a delicious golden brown. They are topped with a robust sauce and and abundance of cheese! I like the Pepperoni kind myself, and the kids like 4 Cheese.
