The Perfect Holiday Gift for Stress Relief
I’ve been blogging for a long time and I’m always learning. One thing you’ll find here is products we are actually using! Some of the links in this post are known as affiliate links. This means if you do buy something, I may earn a couple dollars at no extra cost to you. That’s it; there’s no catch!
The Apollo wearable is something I’ve wanted for awhile. It’s a new device that improves the body’s resilience to stress, so you can better sleep, focus, recover, stay healthy, and more. Think of it like a wearable hug for your nervous system that helps you be a more mindful and calmer version of yourself. You can wear it on your wrist or ankle, or as a clip you attach to your clothing. I wear it on my wrist, and it works by engaging my sense of touch through silent and soothing vibrations that help me feel safe and in control. It has scientifically validated technology that trains your nervous system to bounce back from stress more quickly, going from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest”. I use it with the app, but you can also use the buttons that are on the device.

The Perfect Holiday Gift for Stress Relief:
What I Love:
I have had a lifelong struggle with anxiety, and I’ve come to look at it as a journey and a superpower. There are things I like about myself, like how I notice nearly everything, and I think about nearly everything. On the other hand, I don’t like that I struggle with stress, sleep, and focus. The Apollo wearable and the Apollo Neuro app help me transition through my day. I can choose modes to help me relax, fall asleep, clear my mind, focus, and even get or stay energized. I was told to think of it as a workout for my nervous system, in which consistency is key. The more I use it, the better it works. And it becomes a bit of a groove. I find my rhythm. Every day is different, and I don’t have to follow the exact same routine every day, but it really does help me.

A Day in the Life:
This is a brief snippet of how I use it, in terms of the times of day and the modes. I hope you find it helpful:
Early morning: I wake up and do five minutes of the Energy and Wake Up mode.
Mid morning: I do 15 minutes of the Meditation and Mindfulness mode.
Late morning: After a long morning walk or bike ride, I may use the Rebuild and Recover mode for 15 minutes.
Midday Slump: This is a great time to use the Clear and Focused mode for 30 minutes when my babies are both sleeping and I need to catch up on work.
Dinnertime or Social Plans: There’s a Social and Open mode I can use for 30 minutes.
Winding Down: Around 9pm is a great time to use the Relax and Unwind mode for 30 minutes. This is also my favorite anytime mode for anxiety and nausea.
Before bedtime: There’s a Sleep and Renew mode to use for 30 minutes or so. I LOVE this.

What You’ll Love:
1 – The science behind Apollo that is backed by data. I read that Apollo Neuroscience has successfully completed six clinical trials, with nine more underway. Across the research, Apollo wearable users experienced:
- 40% less stress and feelings of anxiety, on average
- 19% more time in deep sleep, on average
- 11% increase in HRV, on average
- Up to 25% more focus and concentration
Apollo wearable can help anyone struggling from stress or lack of sleep, or anyone looking to be healthier and happier. The touch therapy helps strengthen your nervous system, has been proven to help you sleep better, and builds your resilience to stress. It’s a safe non-invasive stress relief tool for adults and children, with no harmful side effects. One awesome benefit is that it supports your natural circadian rhythm and helps you become more consistent with your wake-up and bedtime every day. So get ready for better quality sleep!
