That is not to say you shouldn’t also go to Starbucks, because sometimes, loading up the two babies and the husky (or another of the three dogs) and driving to Starbucks is the only outing we get. That said, that run is usually for much-needed coffee, and not for the pink drink. As far as copycat recipes go, this one is super intriguing as it deals with ingredients I don’t know much about. And I think the real recipe for the Starbucks Pink Drink is probably top secret. That color is so interesting! I’m super excited to share a homemade version. Let me know if you try it!
Starbucks Pink Drink Copycat Recipe:
What You Need:
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup coconut milk
¼ tsp acai powder
1 cup white grape juice
2 Tbsp syrup (simple syrup or even strawberry syrup)
1 tsp green coffee powder (optional for caffeine)
1 bag Passion Herbal Tea
What You Do:
1 – Prepare a simple syrup by placing water and sugar into a saucepan and heat on medium-high.
2 – Stir occasionally until sugar has dissolved and cool it to room temperature.
3 – Prepare the tea in a cup of boiling water and steep it for five minutes; then allow it to cool to room temperature.
4 – Mix half the grape juice, the tea, and maybe 1/2 the strawberries in a blender.
5 – And then add acai powder and green coffee powder.
6 – Add in the remaining grape juice, and then pour the mixture into two glasses.
7 – Top both drinks with coconut milk to get the right color and flavor.
8 – Serve over ice and with sliced strawberries on top.
Note: You can also just add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake 10 times or until well combined. Another alternative is to use a wide mouth jar with a lid, and make sure you add in the syrup first.

I have been wanting to make these! Looks like such a refreshing drink too! Pinned!
My kids recently formed an addiction to this drink. I am totally pinning and making! Thanks for sharing 🙂
