Or ANY slushie, to be honest. This has been the hottest summer I can remember. Or it’s just that I’m in my third trimester this summer. Scarlet is my summer baby, but she was born July 9th so I’m not sure I ever had to get through a whole summer pregnant. One of my favorite things is to use the blender to make smoothies and slushies. That is honestly so good. And since I’m pregnant, I’ve been watching my sugar intake the entire time just for my own energy levels, and because I had insulin resistance with Des. That’s why Sparkling Ice is such a perfect drink for me, and it’s perfect to add to your smoothies and slushies because you know exactly what’s going in them! So I’m excited to share about the product, the recipe, and the Rewards too!
Sparkling Ice Rewards:
What is Sparkling Ice? It’s 18 fizzy, fruity flavors with a splash of juice, colors and flavors from natural sources, and with zero sugar. Plus, there are vitamins and antioxidants! Simple and Refreshing Sparkling Ice Berry Slushie:
What You Need:
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
2 cups ice
1/2 cup Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry
What You Do:
1 – Add all of the ingredients to a blender and then blend until it’s mixed and frosty!
2 – You can also add more ice or Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry if it’s too thick, and more fruit if it’s too thin.
And that’s that! It’s amazing how easy and fast it is to make a fun slushie. I figure that being pregnant in a really hot summer means I have to have some fizzy, fruity sparkling water! And mixing it with my favorite berries? That’s a bonus. These are really awesome for small outdoors get-togethers. I’m always a sucker for a good mocktail and an icy one is the best.
So, have you ever made a Sparkling Ice Berry Slushie?

Omg, your slushie looks heavenly especially since we are in the middle of a heat wave and was over 100+ degrees here today. So, think a slushie might be in order to get through this hot weather now. Thanks for sharing 🙂
For us, it’s a heat wave if it’s over 90.. and I think it has been for AGES!!
My daughter and I both love this stuff and drink it all summer long!
Isn’t it the best? It’s been giving me life lately.
What a wonderful and cool summer treat! Pinned! Your flowers are so pretty!
Thank you! They’re from our garden so I made Cassidy take photos of me there.
Hi Tamara, I love slushies, but it never occured to me to make them at home before now! Which is odd as I regularly make fruit smoothies. We don’t get Sparkling Ice here, but I’m sure I can find something similar and I really need something long and cool to drink these days.
xx
Oh yes – I’m sure you can find something similar. Cassidy once made Mojito Slushies with soda and it was during the winter. It was rather magical for him.
