Des accompanied me on one last week and we had a lot of fun! We have a new baby in the family, so we decided to go and stock up on some essentials, like diapers, wipes, laundry detergent, toys, sippy cups, formula, Cheerios and paper towels.

I was surprised at the amount of baby items at Sam’s Club. I really prefer one-stop shopping, especially when I’m shopping with my toddler, and especially on hot and humid days in which we don’t have a lot of time to shop. We saw so many old favorites – Sophie the Giraffe, board books, sippy cups and Dreft Laundry Detergent! Also, we always need toilet paper and paper towels, and we were able to cover that too in this one shopping trip. Des even helped by pulling the cart himself!
Working together, we were able to accomplish a lot of shopping in a little time, and Des was able to eat an entire lunch out of Sam’s Club samples. Seriously – have you ever had that chance? We were both full by the time we left!
