Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies
They’re super adorable, but everyone knows that layered foods are the best foods. I always struggle with when to post content before holidays, and realized that it’s really not too late until after Valentine’s Day. I mean, we all have grocery stores and InstaCart, don’t we? Plus there’s a nice weekend coming up. And even after Valentine’s Day, I say that heart everything is always in style. I wear all my heart socks in June and I eat my heart brownies whenever I want to eat heart brownies. Which is often. So let me know if you make these, or something like them:

Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies:
What You Need:
Brownie layer:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp vinegar
Red food coloring
Pinch of salt
Cheesecake layer:
1 cup cream cheese
1 large egg
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Red jam of choice to swirl in (raspberry, cherry, etc.) (optional)
For decoration:
White chocolate, melted
Red food coloring

What You Do:
1 – First, for the brownie layer, mix melted butter and both kids of sugar.

2 – Then, add eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, vinegar, salt, and red food coloring.

3 – Whisk well, and transfer mixture into an 8×8″ baking pan.

4 – In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and eggs.

5 – Using a spoon, swirl small amounts of the cream cheese mixture into the brownie layer.

6 – This is optional, but it’s fun to swirl in red jam too.

7 – Then, bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
8 – Lastly, use melted white chocolate as a base topping and then write love words with red food coloring.

Yum! I think these need to be made year round! 🙂
