Sweeten up your morning with a plate of fun rainbow waffles! Packed with vibrant colors and bursting with flavor, these delicious treats will surely tantalize your tastebuds. Topped with the perfect fruity topping, you won’t be able to resist this delectable breakfast. I’ve been on such a rainbow kick today. I FINALLY found a new shower curtain for our guest bathroom. We had an awesome shark one that we loved, but it’s now smelling a little mildewy. So enter this rainbow amazingness. I mean, how could I not? Just like I can’t resist the power of the rainbow waffles.
Rainbow Waffles:
What You Need:
Equipment
Mini Waffle Maker
Piping Bags (optional)
Americolor Gel Food Coloring

Ingredients
1 large egg
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose or gluten free 1:1 flour
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 drop of each Americolor gel color

What You Do:
1 – In a medium bowl whisk together milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.

2 – Then, sift in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3 – Whisk together until combined.

4 – Remove ½ cup batter into multiple bowls.

5 – Add one drop of gel color to each bowl.

6 – Mix until fully saturated.

7 – Add colors to piping bags for ease (optional).

8 – Layer in the colors, and then bake in waffle iron.

9 – Remove, serve with waffle toppings, and enjoy.

*Notes:
If you do not use gel colors, your colors will not be as vibrant.
