I am all about bagels. And right now, Thomas’ Plain and Everything Bagels are offered nationally at Sam’s Club! So when you’re doing your weekly shopping, you can pick them up! And this time of year is key for needing lots of bagels. You never know how many house guests you’ll have, and we all love bagels here! So now it’s time to Wake Up To What’s Possible®! I’ll show you how!
Quiche in a Bagel Recipe:
What You Need:
- 1-2 Thomas’ Bagels – we used Everything
- 3 large eggs
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped red peppers
- Fully cooked sausage patties, chopped
What You Do:
1 – First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees, and spray aluminum foil with nonstick spray.
2 – Then open your bagel and hollow it out with your fingers, careful not to have any holes in the bottom or edges.
3 – Whisk your eggs and pour the mixture into the hollowed out bagel.
4 – Place your peppers, cheese, and sausage into the hollowed out bagel.
5 – Make sure to add more egg if need be.
6 – Then, wrap your bagel in the foil with the top open, and bake for 20-30 minutes, until the egg is set.
7 – And then, enjoy!
