Pepperoni Basil Pizza Dip

Pepperoni Basil Pizza Dip

  1. 1/3 cup McCormick Sundried Tomato Basil Pasta Seasoning
  2. 3 oz pepperoni (half a bag)
  3. 8 oz cream cheese
  4. 8 oz pizza sauce
  5. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  6. For the bread only:
  7. 1 loaf of Italian bread, sliced
  8. 1 tsp oregano
  9. 1 tsp basil
  10. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1. Stack up your pepperoni slices and cut them in half
  • 2. Heat them on medium heat until a little crispy - about 5-10 minutes
  • 3. Remove from pan and drain excess grease
  • 4. In same pan over medium heat, stir in cream cheese and pizza sauce
  • 5. Add in McCormick Sundried Tomato Basil Pasta Seasoning
  • 6. Stir until everything is smooth and melted together (no lumps left from cream cheese)
  • 7. Add pepperoni back in - turn the heat down to low
  • 8. Add mozzarella cheese and stir until just melted
  • 9. Meanwhile, put half the bread crisps ingredients in a gallon sealed bag
  • 10. Then add the other half - to better get the flavors mixed in
  • 11. Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 until crispy
  • 12. Enjoy!
