Our Father’s Day Gift Guide From iHerb
As you may know, I’ve been a fan of iHerb for many years! iHerb is an online health store specializing in top-rated healthy products. Plus there are discounts and rewards. Four years ago, when my sister had my nephew, Parker, he was born prematurely and had to be in the NICU for an extra two months. I couldn’t hold him, but I could drive down to NJ and hold his hand through the incubator, and be there for my sister. One thing I did was to shop on iHerb and get her the best goodies I could to make a care package. We still talk about that! I also use iHerb to get healthier snacks, and beauty products. And I always make my care packages/gift baskets.

Our Father’s Day Gift Guide From iHerb:
Why iHerb?
The ease of use is incredible – iHerb carries over 30,000 natural products, and they ship to over 150 countries. These orders are shipped from climate-controlled distribution centers to ensure the quality of the their products. I personally appreciate this so much because I order my shampoo and conditioner from there, as well as chocolate products. I’ve never gotten a melted or spilled product, and I’ve noticed that the shampoo bottle often has extra packaging protection around it to contain the product. Plus, they offer customer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and in 10 different languages. You can find out about their shipping here.
Our Father’s Day Gift Guide, Listed:
1 – Alba Botanica, Hawaiian Shampoo and Conditioner, Colorific Plumeria:
Cassidy loves having high quality shampoo and conditioner for his hair, and these smell SO good. Yes, I sneak and use them as well. The shampoo is made with plumeria, pineapple, and papaya and gently cleanses his (and my) overworked hair. The conditioner has jojoba, kukui, and macademia. Damaged hair can be so soft after this tropical shampoo and conditioner!
2 – Chocolate, of course!
- Endangered Species Chocolate, Strong + Velvety Dark Chocolate, 88% Cocoa, 3 oz (85 g)
-
Little Secrets, Milk Chocolate Cookie Bar, Caramel, 1.8 oz (50 g)
It’s hard not to get excited by chocolate in your gift basket, and especially Fair Trade chocolate with natural ingredients. These are wonderful for “movie night” or a just because snack.
3 – Palmer’s, Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E, Body & Face, Men:
I like it because it smells awesome, and not too powerful! Plus, it makes his skin so soft. He loves it because it’s fast absorbing, fights dry skin, and the moisture lasts for 24 hours. He uses it after showering and after shaving.
4 – Culturelle, Probiotics, Digestive Health, Daily Probiotic, Orange:
This is our family favorite probiotic brand. They’re made with 10 billion active cultures, and are easy to chew – with a fresh orange taste. I think they’re wonderful for travel and regular life! You have to keep that digestive system in balance!
5 – Health Direct, Amino Sculpt Collagen, Tart Cherry:
I’ve never tried this but it’s a staple for Cassidy. It’s sugar free, medically proven, and has the best absorption. He uses it to support body tone, hair, skin, and nails, joints and bones, and gut health.

6 – California Gold Nutrition, Foods, Peanut & Dark Chocolate Chunk Bars:
These are a staple in our house, and it’s awesome to get 12 bars at once. I definitely steal these from him. They’re perfect for travel, when we can do that again, and for daily active life. They have simple ingredients, 5 grams of fiber, and 9 grams of plant-based protein. I love how they taste too!
7 – SheaMoisture, African Black Soap with Shea Butter:
Cassidy has used this soap for awhile, so that’s why it made our Father’s Day Gift Guide. It’s for troubled skin, and contains no parabens, no phthalates, no propylene glycol, no mineral oil, no sulfates, and no animal testing. He uses it, I use it too, and it has a nice easy smell and causes no trouble for our skin.
And that’s our guide! Of course I gave Cassidy an early sneak peek Father’s Day gift. To me, there’s nothing like the gift of health and wellness. And this is a service we use in our daily life, but there’s something so special about handpicking a variety of gifts for your loved one!
No minimum purchase!
