Putting a flat or panel filter on your furnace may also be a good idea, so make sure that you keep that in mind.

Wash Up

Every single time you walk into your home, you will bring some of the outside world in with you. After being outside, your skin, clothes and even hair will be covered in tiny particles. Take a bath or have a shower as this gives you the chance to change your clothes, so you can wash any allergens away. Take off your shoes at the door too. If you can do this, then you will soon find that it is easier than ever to get the result you want out of your allergy treatment.
