Campbell's Well Yes! soups are my favorite soup. They make me think of the moments in which I said,

Have you ever had a moment of yes that led to a future moment of yes? I love the way that happens. Looking forward into 2018, I’m so excited to make many changes along the way. One thing I love is what I’ve learned about saying yes. Sometimes, it takes you to whole new places. I just know I’m in for many moments of “yes” in 2018. It’s hard not to be inspired by a new year. This is your chance. This is a golden ticket! I love that this is a great time to reflect on what has worked so well in the past, and let it propel you to great new heights!

I remember my favorite “Moment of Yes” as if it just happened yesterday, and not nine years ago.

It’s about the spirit of adventure, and also the “true” adventure of settling down in your life – and finding your people, your home, your lifestyle, your wants and needs, and everything else! As you may know, I said “yes” to moving to California to be with my then boyfriend, Cassidy. I left my whole life behind – 27 years of friends, family, hang-outs, pets, stores, rituals, etc. It wasn’t an easy decision, but I had dreamed of going west for most of my childhood. I never knew it would be coming back that would leave the largest impact of my life to date. I never knew that the biggest adventure wasn’t leaving home.

It was returning home.

After over a year in Haight Ashbury/San Francisco, and after a whirlwind engagement, wedding, and series of adventures, Cassidy took me to our favorite brunch place up on the street and that’s where he popped the question. “I think we should go back east,” he said. I always thought I would be the one to suggest it. I didn’t adapt well to city life, and to being so far away from my life. Cassidy had been out west for over 13 years, though, and might never have come back. We started to think about starting a family and not being so far away from our collective six parents and half dozen brothers and sisters.

He suggested it and I paused for a second and then said, “Well yes!” We wanted a place to set down roots. We wanted children. And boy did we find what we were looking for – and much, much more. We didn’t even make it to the east coast before expecting Scarlet! We didn’t know where we’d wind up for the long run, and were open to most of the northeast, but stumbled upon Northampton, MA. I never imagined I’d live somewhere SO cool, and become a mother only a few months later. We found careers, although that took awhile for me! We had another child. And we have found some of the greatest people in the greatest community I know. What an amazing place! It prizes health, happiness and nature above all.

This is my “Well Yes!” place.

And that’s why it’s no surprise that Well Yes!® Soups are my favorite soups! They encourage me to make confident choices in my life, and especially looking ahead to 2018! My favorite “moment of yes” is what propels me to the future. We were so right then to take this adventure, but that’s only the beginning! Now that we have kids and we’re in our home – and renovating it for 2018 – it’s up to us to continue the adventure and make it stronger. I’m looking to 2018 to be a year of saying yes to all the good life adventures. That “yes” changed my life greatly, and I’m now putting the results to good use.

I always love the start of a new year, because we reflect on what has worked in the past and what has moved us forward. We also look forward with clear and bright eyes. I always take this opportunity to reassess my skills of relaxation, fitness, and food choices. I’m always about saying “yes” to taking better care of myself when the new year hits, and appreciating another year with my loved ones. Well Yes! aligns with my goals of looking for better, more positive options in the soup aisle. They have unique flavors and are deliciously crafted with real nutritious ingredients – like chicken meat with no antibiotics, sweet potatoes, kale, and quinoa. Each soup is crafted with care, and contains purposeful ingredients that do not contain artificial flavors or colors. All Well Yes! Soups are made with non-gmo ingredients, and contain non-bpa lining.

I love Chicken Noodle, Roasted Chicken Wild Rice Soup, and Minestrone with Kale Soup best. So good! I love that they encourage me to say yes in the rest of my life, and not just to soup. Although I do love saying yes to soup!

  1. That took courage to move out West, but how wonderful that he suggested coming back East?? Now you have this wonderful life and beautiful home, and I can’t wait until it is warm enough to start my garden again!

  2. These soups always beckon to me when I see them in the grocery store–thanks so much for the reintroduction. They look delicious (and love that they are GMO free).

I loved reading your “well, yes!” stories. Seems as though everything happened for you when you agreed to move back east and settle down roots in this part of the country <3
