We still need to talk about Bays® English Muffins. Immediately!

I can’t get over how good they are. I love them for breakfast with butter, and sometimes even a little maple cream. Pancakes and waffles are always a bit much for me in the morning, but this isn’t. That said, Bays English Muffins are perfect for breakfast, but are a delightful alternative for lunch, dinner, snacks, and even dessert. They elevate any meal occasion, plus are pre-sliced and easy to use. And you can find them in the Dairy case at the store, carefully chilled for freshness.

You can also add a little, or a lot, of paprika on top. That’s one of the the “upgrades” that my kids give this fun tuna melt recipe. Clearly, they like to do this part themselves:

I had so much fun inviting you into my kitchen above, to show you this easy and delicious tuna melt recipe. For a substitute, you can use cheddar cheese instead of jack or swiss. Either way, you’re going to get that perfect melty and gooey, crunchy, delicious tuna melt!
