Hey, everyone. I don’t know about your kids, but mine love making Thanksgiving placeholders.

They also love Juicy Juice, so we’re doubly in luck here! Thanksgiving is different this year, as most things are, but that doesn’t mean we’re not excited. We’re just having two family members over and it will be a smaller event than normal. We’re still cooking up a turkey and some fantastic mashed potatoes, and there will be pie. Oh yes, there will be pie. And my kids are making the cutest placeholders ever out of Juicy Juice juice boxes. My son is excited to ask us all if we’re having juice with dinner, and then we get their own turkey Thanksgiving placeholder.

Plus, they’re super easy to make!

What You Do:

Step 1. Use your ruler to measure the height of the juice box and mark the length on the brown paper. Next, cut the paper based on your measurements, and begin to wrap it completely around the juice box. Tape it to secure your cover around the juice box.

Step 2. Use your ruler to measure the height of the juice box and mark the length on the brown paper. Next, cut the paper based on your measurements, and begin to wrap it completely around the juice box. Tape it to secure your cover around the juice box.

Step 3. Next, use the orange construction paper and cut out an orange triangle for your turkey’s nose (one for each turkey). Use the red construction paper to cut out cylinder-like shapes for the turkey’s throat wattle. Glue the shapes and googly eyes to your box.

Step 4. To ensure that the feathers stick, glue each colored feather to each other! Once they’ve dried, glue the entire pack of feathers on the backside of your box.

Step 5. Write all the kids’ names on the turkey juice boxes and then you are all finished! Not only will your little ones love to help make these, but they will also love decorating the table with their creations!

And that’s it! Juicy Juice has plenty of ideas to give thanks – with fun activities and recipes on their site. These amazing at-home projects help make the most of Thanksgiving this year.
