This recipe is loaded with flavor and vegetables, and is a good choice for a weekly meal that everyone will love. And I mean everyone. Our favorite vegetables are in there, and I love how tender the bell peppers and broccoli get. Plus, I am in love with anything involving sesame seeds. Plus, the amazing sauce! My stomach growls just thinking about it. It’s a nice quick meal and will make your family happy. I think my kids have been eating better lately than usual. I guess it’s having two parents at home that helps! And now that I’m in the second trimester, I have more energy and stamina for more creations. Luckily, this won’t take much to perfect:
Instant Pot Ramen: Easy Garlic Sesame Ramen:
What You Need:
2 packages of Ramen Noodles
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 of a red bell pepper – sliced
1/2 of a yellow bell pepper – sliced
1 cup of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
1/4 cup of sesame oil
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
1 cups of broccoli florets
Garlic salt – to taste
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
Seasoned salt – to taste
Seasoned pepper – to taste
Makes 4 servings
What You Do:
1 – First, remove the Ramen Noodles from the package, and discard the seasoning packet.
2 – Place the Ramen Noodles in the Instant Pot, and add the chicken broth, red pepper, yellow pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, sesame seeds, broccoli florets, and minced garlic, and then stir well.
3 – Sprinkle with garlic salt, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper, and stir again to blend all ingredients.
4 – Place the lid on the Instant Pot, and press the MANUAL button, and set the time to 4 minutes.
5 – Make sure the pressure valve is set to SEALING.
6 – When the Instant Pot beeps and goes to off, turn the pressure valve from sealing to VENTING, and make sure all pressure has been released.
7 – When all pressure has been released, and the float valve has dropped down, remove the lid to the Instant Pot, and stir the Ramen Noodles, vegetables, and broth.
8 – And then serve immediately. Enjoy!
