One thing I love more than anything is getting together with close friends and family in the winter. We have Game Days – it’s such a New England thing. And that’s why I’m proud to be partnering with Eckrich Deli to create a delicious game day recipe!
Right. I do, anyway! I think of smoky taste. And cheesy taste. I think of hot dip and homemade chips. The secret to the best pita chips is to make them yourself and serve them still warm! I remember we went to a party in San Francisco and wanted our pita chips to still be warm so we wrapped them in foil for when we got to the party. Then we unveiled our dip and homemade chips and the crowd went wild! For the chips and dip, anyway. I can’t say for sure about the game that night!
I have a fairly deep appreciation for a good college football time. I have certainly been to my fair share of games, because my sister was on the dance team at our college, and there’s nothing like sitting in the stands with hot chocolate and a ton of newfound team spirit. Almost as good? Watching at home with a good spread of appetizers! The thing is, I’m all about creating the perfect game-day dish using my Eckrich Ham Off the Bone Deli Meat that will please any crowd anytime!
Want to hear about Eckrich’s $1 Million Challenge? They’re giving one lucky college football fan the chance to win $1 million at the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in Atlanta! Here are the details. During the pregame festivities, the lucky winner will attempt to complete a 20 yard pass LIVE on ESPN to win $1 million! Eckrich Deli has grown to be among the most popular in the supermarket retail and meat case, after opening as a small meat market in 1894. Their high-quality meat products all show their craftsmanship and pride – from their naturally hardwood smoked sausage to savory deli meat. I love that Eckrich Deli has many options that can provide the protein kick you need for every meal of the day, and they make it easy to prepare a multitude of recipes for your family and loved ones. They definitely have epic game day entertaining covered! I got my Eckrich Ham Off the Bone Deli Meat right at my deli counter!
The deli counter has an enormous selection of Eckrich Deli Meat. They have ham, bologna, pastrami, beef, and more! My recipe serves about 4-6 people, with leftover ham you can use to make many other tips, or lunchtime sandwiches.
