Remember a few days ago when I shared my recipe for Homemade Greek Yogurt Bagels? Yeah, that. Well our Greek yogurt wisdom doesn’t stop at bagels. PIZZA, anyone? Also, tonight we’re making deviled eggs with Greek yogurt because no one in my family likes mayo, and Cassidy’s homemade mayo recipe rocks, but it uses raw eggs. I get the heebies about raw eggs. So tonight it is! Perhaps I’ll share that recipe too? We’ll have to wait and see. Deviled eggs is a dish we all love, and it’s the same with bagels, and with PIZZA! I mean – who doesn’t love pizza?
Homemade Greek Yogurt Pizza:
What You Need:
1 ½ cups self-rising flour, plus extra for kneading
1 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or full fat)
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings: pepperoni, sliced black olives, sliced green bell peppers, etc.
What You Do:
1 – First, preheat the oven to 400F.
2 – In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until it comes together and forms a ball.
3 – Then, place the dough ball on a floured surface and then knead for 3 minutes until smooth.
4 – Use your hands to press the dough into a 12-inch pizza crust, and then transfer the crust to a large baking sheet greased with non-stick cooking spray.
5 – Then spread the pizza sauce onto the pizza, leaving ½ to 1 inch of crust around the edge of the pizza.
6 – And then sprinkle the cheese over the pizza, and then add other toppings if desired.
7 – Bake the pizza at 400F for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is beginning to brown.
8 – Lastly, cut the pizza into 6 slices and serve warm.

This recipe makes one really delicious homemade pizza. It’s so simple to make and you can add any toppings you like. Make your own self-rising flour by whisking together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon baking powder. This will make just over 2 cups of the flour, which will be more than enough for this recipe plus extra for kneading the dough.
And that’s that! Delicious and amazing. I so love to share such an amazing recipe. So, our kids have pizza with school lunch on Fridays, and then they want this pizza for dinner! Is that too much pizza? It’s never too much pizza! It makes for a great lunch AND dinner. And think of all the great leftovers you’ll have for the next day! And so, that’s why I love this recipe!
