Healthy Roots: An Honest Review

What is it? Another awesome cold-pressed juice, of course. “Healthy Roots is all juice and no filler.” This is a high-quality and nutritionally potent cold-pressed juice. All I know is that it fits into my plan! And true, I never really have a plan, per say. I was low carb while pregnant, and then to healthily and slowly lose postpartum weight, I did a little overlap of low(er) calorie with low(er) carb. Whatever. It works. I’m all about balance and having what you love. I love rainbow sprinkles and I love raw vegetables, but not together. These juices fit into whatever I’m (healthily but also realistically) doing. And 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in one bottle? Yes, please!
