It was so good, and beyond that – so simple. Such a wonderfully simple and effective weeknight meal for a family of seven! I remember the assembly line of getting them ready. Someone would do the sauce, someone would do the cheese, and someone would do the toppings. Then we’d watch them bake and get all cheese melty and we’d have an awesome dinner. Personally, I liked olives on mine, if I remember correctly! And pepperoni. When you’re feeding a family, you need to sometimes find that one variation that will work for all so you’re not making several dinners.
For us that’s Ham and Pineapple English Muffin Pizza:
What You Need:
1 Original Nooks and Crannies English Muffin
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
4 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons diced ham
2 tablespoons pineapple chunks
What You Do:
1 – First, preheat oven to 400
2 – Then, use a fork to slice apart the English Muffin and place it, open side up, on a baking sheet
3 – Top each English Muffin pizza half with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, 2 tablespoons cheese, 1 tablespoon diced ham, and 1 tablespoon pineapple
4 – Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
5 – Lastly, remove from the oven and serve immediately

So, have you ever made an English Muffin pizza recipe?

You had me at English Muffins as Thomas’ are a favorite here. Now, I am off to try your yummy pizza recipe as when I was away last week the Polynesian resort has a similar type flatbread pizza with ham and bacon that they serve for lunch. So, totally reminds me of that, too!! 🙂
ooh, I haven’t been to the Polynesian in ages. I want to go badly!
Super easy! I am making these. I have pineapple and ham-a-holics around here who will love these, and i love how easy they are to make. Thanks for sharing!
Oh, how nice! I can’t imagine not loving these!
