And I feel like it’s timely right now. Galaxy stuff. And I have another one coming. Don’t worry – they’re all old recipes I’ve either already published, or already saved to publish. I mean, how many recipes can I really make with a newborn? I’d say probably lots if he’s anything like his three older siblings (nap lovers for life) but that’s more like how life used to be. Peacefulish. In fact, I first published this during the pandemic, when I was very pregnant and had two older kids and a puppy home with me. And Cassidy too! I was getting used to everything and our house was just starting to get renovated. Boy, I can’t believe we’ve since added two babies to this crazy house. And we’ve added a lot more house and garden. What’s next?? Probably not a kid or a dog and probably not a house renovation, but there are tricks up our sleeves. Like new business ideas, new garden ideas, new trips, and maybe even a paved driveway. THAT, is needed.
Galaxy Chocolate Bark:
What You Need:
12 oz. Wilton Candy Melts, black
4 oz. Wilton Candy Melts, purple
4 oz. Wilton Candy Melts, light blue
1 pkg. Small Gold Star Sprinkles
4 oz. Wilton Candy Melts, dark blue
Nonpareil Sprinkles, white and blue
WhatYou Do:
1 – First, melt the black chocolate per package directions and spread over a parchment lined baking sheet.
2 – And then melt each of the other colors of chocolate and put dots of it all over the black chocolate.
3 – Take a knife and swirl the colors around. Also, make sure you donβt over swirl the colors, because you still want to see plenty of the black chocolate.
4 – Then, sprinkle the nonpareils and the gold stars all over the chocolate.
5 – Lastly, let the chocolate harden and then break it into pieces.
