Valentine Parfait:
What better way to say “I love you” this Valentine’s Day than with a festive parfait in a wineglass?
What You Need:
Brownie mix + all the ingredients to make it
2 cups vanilla OREO crumbs (approx. 30 OREOs, crushed using a food processor)
2 cups vanilla pudding (alternatively, you can use strawberry pudding)
¼ tsp pink gel food coloring
1 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Pink sprinkles, for garnishing
Serves: 2
What You Do:
1 – First, prepare brownie mix according to package’s directions and then set aside to cool.
2 – Begin by layering ½ cup of OREO crumbs in the bottom of a wine glass. Then, repeat for the other wine glass. (Hint: You can even use a stemless wine glass!)
3 – Color pudding with gel food coloring and mix, and then layer one cup of pudding in each wine glass.
4 – And then divide remaining OREO crumbs in each wine glass, layering it on top of the pink pudding.
5 – Break up the brownies into large chunks and layer approx. 1 cup’s worth in each wine glass. (You may have some brownies remaining, so save them for further snacking!)
6 – In a large bowl, beat together whipping cream and sugar with an electric mixer until whipped cream forms.
7 – Then, pipe out whipped cream using a piping bag and Wilton tip #1M on the top of each parfait. Top off with pink sprinkles. And finally, serve and enjoy!

Salted Caramel Brownies with Vanilla Ice Cream:
Rich, dark chocolate brownies are a classic Valentine’s Day dessert that never disappoints. Instead of the traditional version, try making a salted caramel brownie for your sweetheart. Serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and you have the perfectly indulgent end to your Valentine’s Day meal!
Chocolate-Covered Strawberries with Coconut Chunks:
Chocolate-covered strawberries are always a hit as Valentine’s Day desserts. To take it up a notch, try adding some coconut chunks when melting the chocolate. Lay fresh, washed strawberries on parchment paper and then dip them in melted dark or white chocolate with some coconut flakes mixed in. Let cool until hardened and enjoy the perfect Valentine’s Day treat!
Double-Chocolate Raspberry Fondue:
Give yourself a break from all the baking with this delicious double-chocolate raspberry fondue! All you need is one pack of dark baker’s chocolate melted in a microwave safe bowl, along with some fresh raspberries and heavy cream. Put this all together and you have a sweet, rich Valentine’s Day dessert your sweetheart will love!
Coffee-Flavored Heart Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Icing:
Start off your Valentine’s Day right with these coffee-flavored heart cupcakes! Preheat your oven to the required temperature and lightly grease a standard 12-cupcake pan with coconut oil or butter. To make the cupcakes, whisk together the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ones in another bowl before combining them both. Once combined, spoon the batter evenly into each of your prepared cupcake liners. Bake for about 18 minutes, then let cool completely before topping with a creamy cream cheese icing. Enjoy!
