We all remember when I made an Easter charcuterie board that was all candy, right? Right. I actually think I’ve done that more than once! This will balance it all out. It’s a nearly all vegetable charcuterie board shaped like the cute Easter Bunny. How cute is that?? Personally I don’t want to stop making candy charcuterie boards, so maybe I’ll make them both, and serve them side by side. A chocolate bunny here. An asparagus Easter Bunny whisker there. Not in the same bite!
