It was my aunt’s wedding, and we all flew on different flights from different places to Orlando, Florida. My very gracious cousin hosted all of us in his large house, and he made BREAKFAST PIZZA! I had never heard of it before. There were different pizzas with different toppings, but my favorite just had cheese, broccoli, and eggs. Did you know you can crack an egg sunny side up on a pizza, mid-way through baking, and it comes out perfectly set? Meaning that it retains its gorgeous shape and color, but when you cut into it, you get a little yolk on your bite. SO GOOD! My cousin made a thicker crust pizza, but I’ve been thinking about making a thin version lately.

The Flatbread Pizza!
So I definitely went online to find a recipe, but ultimately, we just created our own thing. It was so easy! So Jus-RolTM Flatbread Dough was my product of choice, because it makes a crispy thin crust. It has a distinctive rectangular crust that requires less baking time, and is perfect for a family dinner or an appetizer. There’s a no-mess cleanup with the baking paper, but make sure not to use it on the grill! For ours, we spread out the product on the baking paper on a baking sheet, set the oven, and went to work! We heated up chicken apple sausage first. Then we added two types of cheese – mozzarella and jack. We spread out cooked broccoli, sausage, and then a fun pizza seasoning we had. Then we added basil from our garden! We pulled the pizza out about eight minutes early, and cracked two eggs on it. It had the most DELICIOUS results!

This looks delicious and super easy to customize. Those are my favorite kinds of recipes 🙂
