Why? It’s delicious and only uses four ingredients. That’s why! Maybe you wonder why I’m so last minute. I get overzealous. I always think I’ll have more time, and I make more recipes than I actually need. Also though, I live in my own world of timing. It seems to suit me. I don’t live in the world of retail, where I should already be posting Valentine’s Day, or spring, content by now. Trust me – I will. Valentine’s Day is like.. my favorite holiday. Which is totally bizarre. I’ll explain when we get there, though. Right now, I’m still in the world of gumdrops and Christmas Fudge.
What You Need:
3 cups white chocolate chips
14 oz. condensed milk
½ cup green candy melts
Yields: Approx. 9 fudge squares
What You Do:
1 – First, line a square pan (9×9) with wax paper and set aside.
2 – Using the double broiler method, melt white chocolate chips in a large bowl.
3 – Once chocolate starts to melt, add condensed milk (while still keeping the bowl over the pot of hot water).
4 – And then, stir until both ingredients are well combined.
5 – Pour the white chocolate mixture into the lined pan and use a spatula to even it out.
6 – Microwave green candy melts in 30-second intervals until completely melted.
7 – Dollop the melted candy on top of the white chocolate fudge.
8 – And then, use an offset spatula to spread it around.
9 – Garnish generously with red sprinkles and press down with offset spatula.
10 – And then, refrigerate and let set for about an hour and a half.
*Cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
And that’s it for me today! I hope you all have a fabulous series of holidays. I’ll be back in a few days with some New Year’s content, or some heady Finish the Sentence Friday madness, or whatever else my brain and my timing see fit to post! Thanks for another great one, friends.
