That said, I started way early this year with my shopping. I got into the holiday spirit in November because I like twinkly lights and buying things for people, and hey, 2018 was a mixed bag of weird and wild and I know many of us are happy to welcome 2019. So I thought I’d enjoy these last few months of the year, because I like ending on a high note. Like this:
Christmas Appetizers: Santa Hat Cheese & Red Bell Pepper Appetizer:
What You Need:
Monterey Jack Cheese Cracker Cuts
2 Red Bell Peppers
4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
Town House Flatbread Crisps
What You Do:
1 – First, cut the bell peppers in half and clean out all the seeds, and then rinse well
2 – Next, cut the peppers into small triangles and pat dry with a paper towel
3 – Take the cheese and cut each piece in half
4 – Then, place one piece on a cracker and top with a Santa hat (pepper)
5 – Place the softened cream cheese into a sandwich size baggie
6 – Snip off a small piece of the corner – a piping bag can be used as well
7 – Next, pipe 5-6 dots along the bottom of the pepper and 1 dot on the top to create the Santa hat
8 – Lastly, serve and enjoy this festive holiday appetizer.
Can we all just say that these are adorable? Also, they’re tasty because the Town House Flatbread Crisps have a lot of flavor! I first had them at my parent’s house over Thanksgiving and Des begged me to buy them again. Had to do it!

Are you done with your Christmas shopping/menu planning yet?

These are absolutely adorable and perfect. Totally adding them to my own Christmas menu now. So thank you for that!!! 🙂
