It was a year ago this week that I attended a Ling Ling event in Boston.

It was a memorable experience for me. For one, I had been so nervous prior to the event because sometimes I get anxious and flustered around new people, or around people I “know” but only on the Internet. That said, it couldn’t have been a more lovely event and I still keep in touch with people I met that night. For another thing, I got to know about the heart, soul, and flavorful tastes of Ling Ling! I’m inspired by their story and their unique recipes. I tried several products then.

Since then, I’ve been a Ling Ling fan both online and offline. One thing my family LOVES is their amazing and flavorful potstickers! We love Chicken & Vegetable, Pork & Vegetable and Vegetable. Honestly I love them all and will pick up any that I see on any given day. I try to keep more than one variety in the freezer, though. It makes for a great meal.

I’ve always loved to celebrate the Chinese New Year and I learned more last year from Ling Ling and from the Chef there. For one, we refrain from using foul language or bad words on New Year’s Day, so they don’t follow us throughout the year! We greet loved ones with oranges or tangerines, refrain from sweeping – so we don’t sweep our good luck out the door – and step into new shoes on New Year’s morning to start your year off on the right foot! And you don’t wash your hair!

It’s also really fun to distribute red envelopes filled with money (or chocolate coins).

And lastly (or firstly), we have Ling Ling Potstickers! Gosh, I love these. I think Chicken & Vegetable is my favorite flavor, but I really love all. I love that they come with a savory sauce and they’re so easy to make. It took me about 10 minutes to get them from package to plate! It’s impressive that Ling Ling brings authentic flavors into our New England home. They have quality ingredients, and make a cost-effective meal. We love Ling Ling’s authentic and flavorful Asian recipes.

The potstickers contain high quality, clean ingredients – like freshly sourced vegetables and savory proteins. And we love that they’re easy to prepare to share with family and friends. When we have our Chinese New Year celebration, we’ll know that we’re serving delicious food! Plus, the potstickers are perfect for family meals for any occasions.

And I know I mentioned it above, but a big plus is that potstickers come with Ling Ling delicious signature dipping sauce!

So, Chinese New Year is February 5th and that’s coming right up!

Whether or not you celebrate, these potstickers make a wonderful addition to family meals and celebrations. They come in three flavors: Chicken & Vegetable, Pork & Vegetable, Vegetable. You can head to the store to find out more about these amazing potstickers.
