We serve them at pool parties, birthday parties, play dates, and get togethers. I make an AWESOME appetizer using Light Multigrain Thomas’ English Muffins and it makes me so happy! We have a ton of berries coming up in our garden soon and I can’t wait to make a favorite summer treat. These English Muffin appetizers are going to make you so happy! They’re creamy, dreamy, and exciting. And not to mention – totally gorgeous.
Delicious Brie and Berry English Muffin Appetizers:
What You Need:
For 2 snacks/1 serving:
1 Light Multigrain Thomas’ English Muffin
2 tablespoons spreadable brie cheese
2 tablespoons honey
4-6 fresh strawberries, washed, tops removed and cut in half
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, washed
fresh mint leaves (optional)
What You Do:
1 – First, separate English Muffin with a fork
2 – Toast to desired doneness
3 – Then, spread 1 tablespoon cheese on each muffin
4 – Add 1 tablespoon honey to each muffin and top with 2-3 sliced berries and blueberries
5 – Add mint leaves if desired and serve immediately
