Why? It’s because it’s amazing. I’m pretty skilled with strawberry and avocado and strawberry avocado smoothies, but recently I discovered the art of the amazing Blueberry Smoothie, and the art of the amazing Mango Smoothie! And sometimes they’re both too good to resist, or choose, so you make a layered smoothie of both! The secret ingredient is Two Good™ yogurts from Walmart. I use two flavors in two different layers of the smoothie. I particularly like yogurt in a smoothie recipe because it makes it creamy and delicious, and I find that when I use milk, I don’t get quite the right consistency. We all know that smoothies need everything just right!

I admit, like with most things, I had a late start to the smoothie craze. Drinkable vitamins and minerals in the morning? Sounds brilliant. Cassidy is always making really awesome smoothies in the morning, so I thought it would be fun to make HIM a smoothie for once. That worked well and now I make them for all of us. Now let’s talk about my Blueberry Mango Smoothie recipe!
What can I say about Two Good™ from Walmart? Well it’s exciting to find a yogurt that has a good nutritional profile, AND, tastes so great! They have 2 grams of sugar and 3 grams of carbs, per 5.3oz serving! Two Good™ Greek yogurt is made with a unique slow-straining process that removes sugar from the milk, leaving 2 grams of total sugar in each cup. This way Two Good™ has 80% less sugar than average yogurts! 2g of sugar, 80 calories, 12 g of protein, 3g of carbs!

Delicious Layered Blueberry Mango Smoothie Recipe:
What You Need:
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Blueberry Two Good™ yogurt
- 1 Vanilla Two Good™ yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 large banana
What You Do:
1 – First, start with the blueberry layer. Place blueberries, 1/2 banana, Two Good™ Blueberry Yogurt container, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and 1/2 cup ice in blender.
2 – And then, blend until smooth and creamy – it’s ok to have a grainy looking blueberry layer from the skin.
3 – Pour the blueberry smoothie into two cups, half full, and set into a fridge or freezer temporarily.
4 – Then, rinse the blender for the mango smoothie layer.
5 – Add the mango, 1/2 banana, Two Good™ Vanilla Yogurt container, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and the rest of the ice into blender.
6 – Then, blend until smooth and creamy, for about 1-2 minutes.
7 – Lastly, divide it evenly on the top of the blueberry smoothies with a spoon, or by pouring.
*And you can totally swirl it with a fork instead of a completely layered look – up to you!
