If you could make any realistic wishes for what could be done for you in the kitchen, what would it be? Obviously in a fantasy world, I’d want someone to do all my dish washing and other cleanup! That said, knowing someone else is doing the washing, chopping, and peeling of fresh herbs for me – with no mess at all – is my game changer. With Pop & Cook, you get that ease of use. Whether it’s classic garlic or zingy ginger, this is a time-saving kitchen hack I love. How do they do it?
Pop & Cook pulls their products from the fields at peak freshness. Then they process and flash freeze the herbs into convenient trays within 90 minutes of harvest. They have a two year shelf life, so that you can have fresh garlic, onions, and herbs year round. It’s “fresher than fresh!” Personally, I can’t stand mincing or crushing garlic. I struggle with all herbs actually. Here I am telling my story. Scarlet told me that my video has too much talking, and not enough cooking! Doesn’t she know that I’m talking about a product that makes cooking so much easier? I’m proud to share my story:
I make pretty simple recipes around here. And I love that Pop & Cook makes them even more simpler. More time with family and friends and less time prepping and cleaning up herbs. No chopping, no mess, and no waste. And no chopping onions, which I totally can’t do without crying anyway! And it’s easy as finding Pop & Cook products at Walmart.
2 lbs frozen meatballs, thawed (I used chicken ones)
1 can cranberry sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
1 cube Pop & Cook Crushed Ginger
2 cubes Pop & Cook Crushed Garlic
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
Dried cranberries (optional)
1 – Place your thawed meatballs in a slow cooker (at least 2 quarts)
2 – Then mix together your cranberry sauce, water, soy sauce, Pop & Lock Crushed Ginger, Pop & Lock Crushed Garlic, and dark brown sugar in a large bowl
3 – Place the sauce on top of the meatballs in your slow cooker
4 – Cook on high heat for at least two hours, or you can do low for four hours
5 – Garnish with dried cranberries and enjoy!
