Guys, I just have to tell you twice. Watch the short videos here and leave a comment telling me your favorite part of the videos, and you can receive a shipment of Arla cheese. Free CHEESE! Who wouldn’t want that??
I have such a distinct memory from soon after Cassidy and I had gotten back together in 2006. He was still in San Francisco, and I was living in NJ and waiting out my last days at my old job, and we decided it was time to meet his 99-year-old Great Aunt, Nettie. I took the train into NYC all alone, and happily met Cassidy’s mom, Ruth, and her husband, Ernie there. We went to a well-known deli to pick up brunch fixings, and I was like a kid in a candy store there. Bagels, Cream cheese. Sliced cheese. Berries. Pickles! Anything you could want for your brunch!
I want our lives to be as unprocessed as possible. Like today, we went to a parade in town, played outside for hours while Cassidy gardened, drank ice cold water, and had sliced cheese and berries for a snack. It was a pretty perfect day, actually, and it inspired me to prepare for the brunch we’re having with my father-in-law tomorrow. So I have to tell you just what makes it so special – Arla. Arla helps my family live unprocessed.
First, Discover Arla Sliced Cheese – we have Havarti, Gouda, Muenster, Fontina, and Cheddar. Arla cheese slices are never made with artificial flavors or preservatives. They’re delicious too.
Then there’s Arla Cream Cheese Spread. The kids love strawberry & blueberry, and I love Mediterranean Garden. You can top them on bagels or toast, and even cook scrambled eggs with them for a savory breakfast. The strawberry flavor is awesome with crepes, fruit slices, berries, and really anything for a meal or snack!
I love Arla for the tastes and textures. I really didn’t like cream cheese until I discovered Arla Cream Cheese. People always look at me funny when I say that, but it’s always been true! Then, I discovered the Mediterranean Garden flavor and I can’t get enough! I Love that Arla cheese and cream cheese are made with fewer, better ingredients. I love that Arla uses minimal and simple ingredients, and helps my family live more unprocessed.
For the “Live Unprocessed” campaign, Arla asked children to imagine and draw ingredients that are commonly found in dairy products – like Xanthan, rBST and Sorbic Acid. You’ll see that in their videos!
It doesn’t look so warm and fuzzy, right? She thought the ingredients sounded yucky, and not nice. I agreed and we went over the reasons we particularly love Arla cheese products, and how we think our readers will love them too!
Head to the Arla site, watch short behind-the-scenes-videos, and comment with your favorite part of the videos. If you win, you’ll receive a shipment of Arla cheese. You’ll love it! So check it out HERE, and comment!
